At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the quality of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
